We are located in Urb Antonsanti  Bori street, San Juan, PR 00926.

Where do you offer picnics?

Our picnics are around Puerto Rico and we have certain established locations.

Do you offer a cleaning service?

At the end of each picnic we take care of collecting and cleaning the area to maintain and protect the environment. All of our equipment is washable and we disinfect to ensure the health of our business partners and customers.

Can I have something?

All equipment and decorations are rented for your party and must be returned in good condition (cushions, tables, decorations, etc.). We check all of our items after each picnic to make sure everything is working and safe for the next event. If any item is missing or broken at the end of the event, the replacement cost will be billed to the customer.


Where can I have my picnic?

We are available to set up in most public parks in San Juan area as well as any private spaces you have access to (like your own home/backyard!) If you are having trouble choosing a location, we can provide you with a list of our preferred locations. If you would like a beach set-up, please contact us to discuss further.


How many hours is the picnic?


The picnic time is 2 hours, if you required additional time, please contact us to coordinate.

The Client was later than 15 mins to arrive for the picnic. 0-10mins no charge.

If you would like additional time out of schedule, you will be paid extra $50.00 per hour.


What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

Please note that once a reservation has been placed and deposit fee received, any cancellation will result in a non-refundable. If you would like to reschedule, we ask for 48 hours advance notice and for the rescheduled date to be within 3 months of the original booking date. The rescheduling is subject to availability.


What happens in the case of bad weather?

We know that the weather can often be unpredictable. In the case the weather forecast predicts rain over 40%, Oasis Picnic will not assemble items outdoors. We will contact you 2 days prior to your picnic to ask about rescheduling or to make alternate arrangements at an indoor location.

What forms of payment do you accept?

At this time, we currently only accept Paypal, ATH Movil or Venmo. At least $100.00 payment is due at the time of booking to secure your date. Full payment is due 24 hours before your picnic date. For security reasons the park prohibited accept cash on the site.


What happens is the client leaves unattended or damages item?

The Client leaves the picnic unattended and before we return to pack up is liable for full cost of picnic rentals depending on any stolen/missing items.

The client is liable for all Picnic items, is any item was damage, missing or broken the client paid the replacement cost of the item.


Oasis Picnic LLC is not legally responsible for any onsite injuries and compensation for medical use during your event. As part of rental set up. Oasis Picnic is not responsible for any illegal or criminal activity that occurs onsite. Guests are responsible for their behavior and follow the Parks and city rules.


Our billing system is configured with Paypal and we accept payments by ATH Móvil.

When is payment required?

The balance due must be paid in full 24 hours prior to the picnic date.

How do you proceed on the day of the picnic?

Oasis Picnic will take care of the assembly, cleaning and disassembly. Upon arrival and once you are seated, our staff leaves so you can enjoy your picnic and we will return at the agreed time. If, on the other hand, you want something additional, or leave before the scheduled time, you can send a text message and our staff will assist you. Our guests simply introduce themselves, have fun, and then retire to enjoy the scenery of our beautiful island.
